SHIPMENTS FOR ORDERS MADE AT LIBRADESIGNBAGS.COM:

LIBRA DESIGN makes handmade products on customer's request. For this reason, delivery times vary from 7-10 working days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details and a tracking number to track the shipment of your order.
Shipping costs they are calculated automatically at the check-out of the order.
RETURNS POLICY
Return limits:
a. The return must always be processed from the country where the order was placed
b. Customized products can never be returned
c. Returns must be redelivered exactly as received.
d. The item must be properly packaged so that it is not damaged during transport.
e. The article must not have been used in any way.
Therefore it must be returned new as received.
f. Items returned in a damaged manner will not be refunded in any way to the buyer.
g. Shipment must be done at the customer's expense.
h. Once Libra Design will receive the item undamaged, refund will be process,
included shipment expenses.
